Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 11, 2026

This policy explains how Hakan Can, trading as Tora Games ("we", "us"), handles information when you play Bunny Truck Jam (the "Game") or visit toragamesstudio.com (the "Site").

The short version

  • The Game has no account or sign-up. Your progress is stored on your device.
  • Our advertising and analytics partners receive device identifiers and gameplay data so that rewarded ads can be shown and the Game can be improved.
  • You decide about personalised ads in the Game under Settings → Privacy Settings, and on iPhone through Apple's tracking prompt.
  • The Game is not directed to children under 13.
  • The Site uses no cookies and no analytics.

1. Who we are

The controller of your information is Hakan Can, trading as Tora Games, Bakırköy, İstanbul, Türkiye. Contact: [email protected].

2. What information is collected

Device and advertising information

Advertising ID on Android; on iPhone the IDFA only if you allow tracking, otherwise the IDFV; IP address; device model; operating system; language; country. This is collected by our advertising and measurement partners when the Game shows or requests ads.

Gameplay information

A random player ID created by the Game, levels started, completed and failed, number of attempts, moves and time, boosters used, coins earned and spent, rewarded ads offered and watched, and purchases (product, price and currency). The player ID is not linked to your name or email.

Crash and performance information

Crash logs and the state of the device and the Game when a crash happens.

Purchase information

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation (product, transaction ID, price and currency). We never receive your card or payment details.

Messages you send us

Your email address and the content of your messages when you contact support.

The Site

The Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

  • To run the Game and deliver purchases. Necessary to provide the Game you asked for (contract).
  • To show rewarded ads. Personalised ads only with your consent; non-personalised ads, frequency limits and fraud prevention on the basis of our legitimate interest in funding a free game.
  • To improve the Game. Gameplay analytics, crash reports and remote settings that adjust game balance, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a stable, well-balanced game.
  • To answer support requests (legitimate interest, or contract where your request concerns a purchase).
  • To meet legal obligations, for example tax and accounting records of purchases.

4. Partners that receive information

We do not sell your information for money. Sharing device identifiers with advertising partners for personalised ads may count as "selling" or "sharing" under some US state laws; you can opt out as described in section 5.

5. Your choices

  • Privacy Settings in the Game. Settings → Privacy Settings reopens the consent form, where you can give or withdraw consent for personalised ads and, in US states that require it, opt out of the sale or sharing of your information.
  • iPhone. Apple's tracking prompt asks whether the Game may use the IDFA. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
  • Android. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your device's Google settings under Ads.
  • Stopping all collection. Uninstalling the Game stops further collection.

6. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age set by the law of your country. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the Game and information was collected, contact us and we will have it deleted.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have rights over your information:

  • EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland: access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent at any time, and complaint to your data protection authority.
  • Türkiye (KVKK, Law No. 6698, Article 11): to learn whether your data is processed and for what purpose, to know the third parties it is transferred to, to request correction or deletion, to object to results that arise from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for unlawful processing.
  • California and other US states: to know, access, correct and delete your information, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

Send requests to [email protected]. Because the Game has no accounts, include the Player ID from the Game's Settings screen if it is shown, so we and our partners can find your data. We answer within 30 days.

8. How long information is kept

  • Gameplay analytics: as long as needed to improve the Game, normally no more than 24 months.
  • Crash reports: up to 90 days.
  • Support emails: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
  • Purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Partners keep information according to their own policies.

9. International transfers

Our partners may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. For important changes we will also inform you in the Game.
